Five (5) SSCE credit passes to include Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, Mathematics and one Science/Social Science subject and at least 'O' Level pass in Physics.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS

(i) FUTA requires five (5) ‘O’ level credits at SSC, or equivalent at a maximum of two (2) sittings in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology or Agricultural Science. At least ‘O’ level pass in Physics is required.

Direct Entry Requirements

The direct entry requirements for Crop, Soil And Pest Management in the Faculty of Agriculture are as follows:

Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Chemistry and Biology/Agricultural Science/Botany/Zoology or Physics/Mathematics/Economics.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS

FUTA admits candidates with any of the following:

(a) ND with a minimum of upper credit from recognized Polytechnics or Colleges of Technology in relevant Agriculture based disciplines.

(b) University Diploma with at least lower credit, JUPEB, IJMB and Cambridge A level.

(c) at least two (2) General Certificate in Education (GCE) ‘A’ Level passes in Biology and any of the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Agricultural Science with a minimum of C.
