Crop Science can be studied under the Agriculture in the following Nigerian Universities;
In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Crop Science under the Faculty of Agriculture in the above listed universities include;
Chemistry, Biology/Agriculture and Mathematics or Physics.
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Crop Science;
You require;Five (5) SSCE credit passes to include Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, Mathematics and one Science/Social Science subject and at least 'O' Level pass in Physics.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) RSU and UNN requires ‘O’ level credit in Agricultural Science with at least ‘O’ level pass in Biology. Requires ‘O’ level credit passes in Chemistry, Economics and Mathematics
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Crop Science, if you don't intend to use UTME.
You require;Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Chemistry and Biology/Agricultural Science/Botany/Zoology or Physics/Mathematics/Economics.

(i) RSU requires HSC/GCE ‘A' level passes in Chemistry and Biology including ‘O’ level credit pass in English Language, ND upper credit in Biology or Agricultural Science or HND credit in Biology or Agricultural Science in addition to the UTME requirements
