(ii) FUTA requires Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science/Animal Husbandry and Mathematics/Physics.

You require;Five SSCE credit passes in Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Physics and English Language.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) LAUTECH accepts Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Physics and English Language..
(ii) FUTA requires five (5) credit passes at SSC, or its equivalent at a maximum of two (2) sittings in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Agricultural Science.
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Animal Production and Health, if you don't intend to use UTME.
You require;Two ‘A’ Level passes or equivalent in Chemistry and one of Biology/Botany /Zoology/Agricultural Science/ Geography/Geology/ Mathematics/Economics.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) LAUTECH requires ND with upper credit/HND/NCE at credit level in relevant subjects, plus the UTME requirements.
(ii) FUTA require:
(i) ND with a minimum of upper credit or equivalent from recognised Polytechnics and Colleges of Technology in Agricultural Sciences.
(ii) GCE or equivalent passes at one sitting with at least six (6) points in Biology/Animal Husbandry and any of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
