Subject Combination JAMB UTME Requirements
English Language, Islamic Studies and any two (2) subjects
O'level Requirements
Five (5) SSC credit passes to include English Language, Islamic Studies or Arabic, and any three (3) relevant subjects.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(i) Crescent requires:
(a) SSCE or its equivalent with a minimum of five (5) credit passes including Islamic Studies and English Language.
(b) Students with Idadiyyah/Thanawiyyah Certificates in lieu of Islamic Studies at ‘O’ Level.
(c) candidates without Islamic Studies at ‘O’ Level but possess OND may be considered for admission.
Direct Entry Requirements
Two (2) ‘A’Level passes to include Islamic Studies.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(i) Crescent requires:
(a) Two (2) passes at GCE Advanced Level or its equivalent with credit passes in three (3) other subjects at ‘O’ level or its equivalent including English Language. One of the ‘A’ level subjects should be Islamic Studies.
(b) Two (2) passes at IJMB or its equivalent including Islamic Studies with ‘O’ Level or its equivalent including English Language.
(c) Any other relevant two (2) year post-Secondary Diploma in Arabic and Islamic Studies recognized by the Senate of the University.
(d) Candidates without Islamic Studies at ‘O’ Level but possess HND/Degree may be considered for admission.
