AUN (with options in Business Economics, Management)
In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Business Management under the Faculty of Administration in the above listed universities include;
Mathematics, Economics and one (1) other subject.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(i) AUNMathematics, Economics, plus any one (1) of Government and Geography.
(ii) EBSU and RSUST: Mathematics, Economics plus any Social Science subject.
(iii) EVANGEL accepts Mathematics or Economics plus any two (2) relevant Arts or Social Science subjects.
(iv) FUDMA requires Five ‘O’ level Credits to include: English Language, Mathematics Economics/Entrepreneurship/Commerce/Marketing and any two subjects.
(v) UNN, and UNIUYO –Mathematics, Economics, plus any one (1) of Government and Geography
(vi) UNIPORT requires Mathematics, Economics and any other subject from Government/History, Geography, Commerce, Literature in English, CRK/IRK, Accounting (Financial/Business), Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Physics.
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Business Management;
You require;Five (5) SSCE credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, Economics, plus any two (2) of Accounting, Business Methods, Commerce, Government, Geography, and Statistics.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(i) AUN Five (5) SSC credit passes to include: English Language, Mathematics and any other subjects. For NBC, the other two (2) relevant subjects could be from any of the following; Accounting, Principles of Accounts, Commerce, Office Practice and Economics.
(ii) EBSU and RSU - Five (5) SSC credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two (2) other subjects. For NBC holders, the other two (2) relevant subjects could be from any of Principles of Accounts, Commerce, Office Practice and Secretarial Duties.
(iii) FUDMA requires Five ‘O’ level Credits to include: English Language, Mathematics Economics/Entrepreneurship/Commerce/Ma rketing and any two subjects.
(iv) UNIPORT requires Five (5) SSC credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two (2) subjects from Government/History, Geography, Commerce, Literature in English, CRK/IRK, Accounting (Financial/Business), Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Physics .
(v) UNN - Five (5) SSC credit passes to include: English Language, Mathematics and any other subjects. For NBC, the other two (2) relevant subjects could be from any of the following; Accounting, Principles of Accounts, Commerce, Office Practice and Economics.
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Business Management, if you don't intend to use UTME.
You require;Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes chosen from Economics, Accounts, Business Management, Government, Geography or Statistics.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(i) AUN Two (2) 'A' Level passes chosen from Accounting, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Geography and Statistics.
(ii) EBSU accepts HND, NCE/ND pass at merit/credit level in relevant programmes in addition to 'O' Level requirements. ND must be at upper credit level.
(iii) FUDMA accepts Two ‘A’ level passes in Economics/Marketing and Mathematics or any Social Sciences subject. ND/NCE with good grades in Business Management from a recognized institution.
(iv) MADONNA and EBSU accept ND lower credit, AIB and Degree/HND in relevant programmes.
(v) EVANGEL –Two (2) 'A' Level passes chosen from Accounting, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Geography and Statistics.
(vi) RSU, IUO, and BSU - Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes chosen from Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government and Geography
(vii) UNN accepts
(a) AIB or other Professional qualifications and HND in relevant programmes.
(b) NCE/ND
(viii) UNN requires two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Economics and any other subject.
(ix) UNIUYO accepts HND lower credit, ND upper credit in relevant programmes.
(x) UNIPORT accepts Two (2) Advanced level GCE or HSC or JUPEB or IJMB passes in Mathematics and at least one (1) of Economics, Statistics, Accounts including UTME entry requirements.OND (upper credit) or HND (Merit Pass) in Business Education, Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply, Office Management, Secretarial Administration, Public Business Studies or Business Studies from any recognised institution, including UTME entry requirements.NCE with at least credit passes in Business Education, Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply, Office Management, Secretarial Administration, Public Business Studies or Business Studies from any recognised institution including UTME entry requirements .
