In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Health Information Management under the Faculty of Medical, Pharmaceutical & Health Sciences in the above listed universities include;
Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics /Biology
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
i) SHIM-LUTH requires any three subjects from Biology, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
ii) SHIM-UBTH - Mathematics is not Compulsory.
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Health Information Management;
You require;Five (5) SSCE credit passes in Mathematics, English Language, Biology/Health Science and any two (2) from Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Economics, Religious Knowledge, Nigerian Language.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
i ) SHIM-LUTH requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry or Physics and other subject.
ii) SHIM-UCH and SHIM-UBTH require five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry/Physics, and any other subject as course requirement.
iii) SHIM-UCH requires any of Mathematics, Biology, Physics/Chemistry and Biology as UTME subjects.
iv) OAUTHC requires Mathematics, Biology and any one of Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Economics and Government as UTME subjects.
v) SHIM-UMTH requires Mathematics and Biology/Health Science and any other subject as UTME subject.
