In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Surveying and Geo-Informatics under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment & Technology in the above listed universities include;
Any three (3) of Chemistry/Agricultural Science, Biology, Economics and Mathematics.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS
i) DAMATURYPOLY and NASARAWAPOLY accept Physics and Geography.
ii) AKANUPOLY requires Physics, Mathematics and any of Geography, Chemistry, Fine Art, Biology, Agricultural Science or Economics.
iii) EDEPOLY accepts any three (3) of Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Biology, Economics, Mathematics, Geography and Physics.
iv) ILAROPOLY requires Mathematics, any two of Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology, Economics, Physics, and Geography
v) IBADANPOLY accepts Physics as UTME subject.
vi) NEKEDEPOLY accepts Physics and Technical Drawing as UTME subjects.
i) OFFAPOLY requires English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any one of Chemistry, Further Mathematics, Biology, Geography, Economics, Civic Education, Technical Drawing, Elementary Surveying.
ii) BAUCHIPOLY requires any three (3) subjects from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Geography, Fine Art and Technical Drawing.
iii) IDAHPOLY requires Mathematics, Physics and any one of Geography, Further Mathematics/Statistics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Economics/Commerce.
iv) YABATECH requires Mathematics, Physics and any one of the following: Geography, Economics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science.
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Surveying and Geo-Informatics;
You require;Five (5) SSC credit passes in Mathematics and Physics and any other three (3) subjects from the following:

Technical Drawing/Fine Art,
Geography,
Economics/Commerce,
Biology/Agricultural Science,
English Language,
Basic Electricity
At least 'O' Level credit pass in English Language is compulsory.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS
i) RAMATPOLY accepts Certificate in Surveying and Geo-informatics plus the relevant 'O' Level requirements.
ii) YABATECH requires five (5) SSC credit passes or its equivalent examinations in not more than two (2) sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other two (2) subjects from the following: Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing/Fine Art, Geography, Economics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Metal/Wood Work.
iii) FSS-OYO requires 'O' Level credit pass in English Language and four (4) 'O' Level credit passes which must include Physics and Mathematics and two (2) of the following subjects, Further Mathematics or Statistics, Land Surveying, Technical Drawing or Fine Art, Chemistry, Geography, Economics or Government, Biology or Agricultural Science or four (4) 'O' Level credit passes in relevant subject as above at the final examination of National Business and Technical Examination Board recognised Preliminary ND programme offered in Polytechnics or similar Post Secondary Technical Institutions.
iv) RUGIPO requires 'O' Level credit pass in Physics or Chemistry and 'O' Level pass in English Language.
v) KWARAPOLY accepts 'O' Level credit pass in Government but does not accept Basic Electricity.
vi) EDEPOLY requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any two (2) subjects from the following: Technical Drawing, Geography, Economics, ICT/ Computer Studies, Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry.
vii) MUBIPOLY accepts certificate in Surveying and Geo-Informatics plus O’ level credit passes in Mathematics, Physics, English Language and two (2) other subjects from Further Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry or Geography.
viii) SARO-WIWA POLY accepts any three (3) of Chemistry/Physics, Biology, Economics and Mathematics as UTME subjects.
ix) BAUCHIPOLY requires 'O' Level credit passes in Physics, Mathematics, and any three (3) subjects from Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Fine Art, Geography, Economics/Commerce, Biology/Agricultural Science, English Language, Basic Electricity. A credit pass in English Language is compulsory.
x) KADPOLY requires Mathematics, Physics and any one (1) from Geography, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Additional Mathematics or Economics.
xi) MAPLOY does not accept Agricultural Science as alternative to Biology but accept at least 'O' Level pass in English Language.
xii) ILAROPOLY requires 'O' Level credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any two of the following: Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing/Graphics Design, Civic Education, Computer Studies, Geography, Economics/Commerce, Biology/Agricultural Science, Basic Electronics, Draughtsmanship/ Graphic Design, Computer Craft Studies, Financial Accounting, Electrical Installation & Maintenance Work.
xiii) IDAHPOLY requires five (5) SSC credit passes in Mathematics, Physics and any other three (3) subjects from the following:
Further Mathematics, Chemistry; Technical Drawing/Fine Art, Geography, Economics/Commerce, Biology/Agricultural Science, English Language, Basic Electricity. At least O Level credit pass in English Language is compulsory.
xiv) OFFAPOLY accepts Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics are compulsory and any other two subject from statistics, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing/ Elementary Basic Surveying, Geography Economics, Biology, Agricultural Science Chemistry and Civic Education.
