In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Production Tech under the Faculty of Engineering, Environment & Technology in the above listed universities include;
Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry and any other Science subject
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
BAUCHIPOLY requires Chemistry and any two (2) subjects from Biology, Agricultural Science, Economics, Geography, Physics, Commerce and Mathematics.
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Production Tech;
You require;Five (5) SSC credit passes in Biology/Agricultural Science,
Mathematics and any three (3) of the following:
Geography,
Food and Nutrition,
Economics,
Technical Drawing,
English Language,
Physics,
Chemistry,
Nigerian Language,
Home Economics.
At least 'O' Level credit passes in English Language and Chemistry are compulsory.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
i) FEDANIM-IBD requires at least 'O' Level passes in Mathematics/Statistics, English Language.
ii) PLASCAG requires at least 'O' Level passes in English Language and Mathematics/Physics.
iii) BUPOLY - requires Mathematics and any two (2) subjects from Physics, Geography, Biology/ Agricultural Science and Economics as UTME subjects.
iv) COAMOKWA requires 'O' Level credit passes in Biology/Agricultural Science, Mathematics and any other Science subject as course requirements.
v) MUBIPOLY accepts 'O' Level passes in Mathematics/Statistics and English Language with 'O' Level credit passes in Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology and any two (2), such as Geography, Physics, Economics, Home Economics, Food and Nutrition and Technical Drawing.
vi) IMOPOLY: 'O' Level pass in Chemistry and Statistics is compulsory. Also requires 'O' Level credit pass in English Language Not Literature in English.
vii) FCWM requires 'O' Level passes in English Language and Chemistry. 'O' Level credit passes in Biology/Agricultural Science, Mathematics and any three (3) of the following - Geography, Food and Nutrition, Economics, Technical Drawing, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Nigerian Language and Home Economics
viii) FCAHPTOVOM requires 'O' Level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in Biology/Agricultural Science, English Language, Mathematics and any two (2) of the following: Geography, Food and Nutrition, Economics/Commerce, Technical Drawing, Physics, Chemistry, Nigerian Language, Home Economics, French Language. 'O' Level pass in Chemistry is compulsory.
(ix) BAUCHIPOLY requires five ‘O’ Level credit passes in Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry and any three (3) from Geography, Food and Nutrition, Economics, Technical Drawing, Physics, Nigerian Language, Home Economics. Credit passes in English Language and Mathematics are compulsory.
