FEDPO-BAU requires Mathematics, Physics and any one subject from Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Geography and Technical Drawing
O'level Requirements
Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and any two subjects from:Biology/Agricultural Science Technical Drawing,Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity,
Auto Mechanics,Metal Work,Woodwork (for Civil Engineering Tech.),Further Mathematics English Language,
Geography,Economics/Commerce.At least a credit pass in English Language is required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
ILAROPOLY acceps:
i) Basic Apprenticeship Training Qualification (BATC in any Mechanical Engineering Craft) or
ii) Lower Credit in Elementary Certificate in any Mechanical Engineering Craft Practice, Auto Mechanic Tools, Plants etc) or
iii) Any Technical 'O' Level certificate with two (2) years working experience in a Mechanical Engineering outfit or
iv) Any other qualification acceptable to the Polytechnic
v) FEDPO-BAU requires 'O' Level credit passes in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any two (2) subjects from Biology/Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Woodwork, Further Mathematics, English Language, Geography, Economics/Commerce. At least a credit pass in English Language is required.
vi) IBADANPOLY requires candidates to have attempted Further Mathematics as part of course requirements.
vii) YABATECH requires five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics , Chemistry and any one (1) subject in SSCE, NECO or NABTEB from the following: Biology/Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work/Wood Work, Further Mathematics, Applied Electricity.
