In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Textile Technology under the Faculty of Arts & Humanities in the above listed universities include;
Mathematics and any two (2) of Geography, Physics, Economics or Chemistry
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
i) KADPOLY requires any three (3) of Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Clothing and Textile or Biology.
ii) YABATECH accepts Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Textile Technology;
You require;Five (5) SSC credit passes in Mathematics and Chemistry and any three (3) of
Biology/Agricultural Science,
Physics,
English Language,
Geography,
Home Economics
History,
Economics/Commerce,
Government,
Clothing and Textile,
Fine Art,
Technical Drawing. At least credit passes in English Language and Physics are compulsory.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
i) YABATECH requires five (5) O' Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one (1) from the following: Biology/Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing/Fine Art, Statistics, Geography and Economics.
