This answer is wrong,3.5c is nt a latitude to even start with, it should be 30s which is d winter solstice

45'S is d answer because i check jamb Q & A 1979, question number 17 and in my view the objective A,B,C,D & E was interchange btw question no_16 and no_ 17 .
