M\(_1\) = \(\frac{1}{2}\), then M\(_2\) = -2 (condition for perpendicularity)
y - y\(_1\) = M\(_2\)(x - x\(_1\))
y - 5 = -2(x - (-3))
y - 5 = -2x - 6
y - 5 + 6 + 2x = 0
y + 2x + 1 = 0 becomes the equation of the line.
