\(x = \frac{4y - 7}{2y - 3}\)
\(x(2y - 3) = 4y - 7 \implies 2xy - 4y = 3x - 7\)
\(y = \frac{3x - 7}{2x - 4}\)
\(h^{-1}(x) = \frac{3x - 7}{2x - 4}\)
