Why is the option (Parents), if it had been some parents it would have been fine, according to the book, not all parents complains though some do
And it is in the book that they often sack some teachers on the open day
So why is the answer not A

The answer is correct and the source too, but the error is the location of the answer, it's in page 28 chapter 6 and not page 27.
