I think none of the answers are correct. Because it says 'unethical'. Borrowing the 2 million naira from the school's cooperative is not unethical. There is nothing bad in borrowing from the cooperative. But borrowing and not returning the 2 million naira is unethical. So option B is not fully correct. Thank you
