The correct answer is A
cabinet reshuffle means that to change or reorganization of government ministers.
Now to survive it means that to remain as a minister despite reorganization in government.
So the correct answer should be A👌👌👌💯💯

It says "all but two ministers retained their posts". This means all the ministers except two retained their posts, whereas the sentence is trying to say that it is only 2 ministers that retained their posts/not sacked.

they were affected but not sacked.
