The answer is B(Smash) because under bare infinitive we we're told that any time those words See,feel,hear,watch ,make or tell is used in present ,past form the verb that comes before the object should be in present +Pural form .. So because the Saw is Past form doesn't mean the Verb close to the object is going be in past form..

Read A-Z jamb's use of english very well. An action that is done sharply and not slowly should not be in continous tense, you can say i saw ifueko washing the plate. It is smashed
he saw nt see.... so, dat should be expressed in a past form, either d answer should be "smashed" or "smashing" d glass on d wall
