The answer should be reserved. According to my research, a reserved person can still give you some information but not all while a secretive person hides then from you and withholds unformation entirely.
reserved here can have an effect of being antisocial and quite . but here the question asked for information not being released and not about the personal characters .... someone who does not release information is being secretive.. u get
