you can say ..with regards your request
you can also say with regard to your request. when you use regard you also add to..but when it's regards you do not add to .Also you don't say regarding to ..but simply put regarding your request
I stand to be corrected though but I am sure of this

In standard English, it's a grammatical suicide to say “with regards to..” rather, say “with regard to”, “ regarding your”, ” in view of”, “with view to” and the likes....
Normally, regards connotes greetings and should only be used as such.
