Does she only allude to it in her speech even sound right? The obvious answer is implied, she only implied it in her speech. That makes a lot more sense, doesn't it? The only way option a would be correct is if it were alluded to not allude to, this is how people fail Jamb.

allude cant b d answer since it means somtin mentioned or referred to. D correct answer is 'implied' wich means a suggestion/truth dat was not definitely stated but due to d way d statement was made it can therefore be implied.

Implied means: involved, indicated, or suggested without being directly or explicitly stated; tacitly understood.
