the real answer could be Aliya's friends/ classmates because they're the ones whom reiterates the fact that having a brother or sister could be annoying.
in the matter of Akin, Aliya she just feels like to have a brother like him, he really impressed her because he relays in makes fun of everything and plays pranks on everyone.
