myschool is correct.read d question very well.hostile was not d stress word here it was "very"

The selected answer is wrong:
the word hostile i think it suppose to be is lamide friendly

The correct answer is [B] Is Lamide friendly, because the word hostile was not repeated on this option but was repeated on oda option... base on rules emphatic stress.

The correct answer is (B)
Sice theword that has emphatic stress is VERY? The option that does not have VERY. is the answer

How does so contradict. so and very are similar.
I am so hungry
I am very hungry

The answer is D. In emphatic stress, you look for an option asking a question with opposite of the word stressed, replacing the stressed in the option. You look at VERY and SO,they almost mean the same thing,so it's wrong. You look at option D and it asks a question that the emphatic sentence is answering and it doesn't have the stressed word in it,that option D is the answer@myschool

For emphatic stress the answer lies in the option that doesn't contain the stressed word in the question, which means the option that isn't related to the question
