According to the rule of concord, collective noun concord :this state that whenever a collective noun is performing an action a plural verb should be used. And the riches' wanton display is now performing an action the choice of verb should be plural which is "are affecting".

From my little knowledge and investor vibes I suggest the answer should be "B" and not C
Why ?
Ok now can we say
The exposure of bet companies Nigeria "Is" causing more harm to the Nigeria society ❌✖️
The exposure of bet companies Nigeria "are" causing more harm to the Nigeria society ☑️✔️
