the correct answer is A as said earlier the word broadcast placed in its neutral form and cannot be referred to in a past tense or particliple. Though it may nt make sense wen spoken,but that is the rule guiding it. Thanks.

do u remember a law that says, always add been when u have anomalous verb, as in when u have has, have and had, so i think b is correct.
