In repoted speech, HAD is preferred to has/have
He SAID that he HAD (not: has) spoken
She ASKED if he HAD (not: has) seen her husband.
Ref: A-Z of Jambs Use of English ~ Dele Ashade

My school Please correct this, the answer is B
has is an anomalous verb used in present tense.
Had is used in past tense

The correct thing is supposed to be
Musa asked asmau what she had been doing not has been doing

"Asked" being the latest of all the actions in the expression takes the past form, all others before it are supposed to be in past form.

My school, it is meant to be B
It is a indirect speech which should be in the past tense form to indicate a reported action. Someone has said it previously and it is now repeted as a report, which means the original sentence made by the first person is now past when said by the reporter.
Apart from that, when we have a past action ( indicated in this sentence with “saw”) the preceding action will use the past participle (had ).
Beside this action is apparently a past continous action.
It is undisputedly B, changes should be made before others get themselves confused.
