E is d right answer... 'has' is d right term to use because she hasn't written the exam yet.

The correct option is E.......,according to law of proximity which says a verb agree with its nearest subject, so the nearest subject here is she(a pronoun) which is also singular...,therefore a singular verb is to be used has will be used not have and the sentence is present which rendered 'had' useless here because had is used for past....
