This has to do with adjectival comparison
We are comparing two things, so we use more or much more
Since much more which is the second degree comparative is not in the option, then B is the best option to pick regardless if the now is uncountable or not

The answer is actually more/than because if you use much/than it will no fit in the sentence

The answer should be D, reasons because whenever we have an uncountable noun we are expected to use 'much' and not more

Ans is D. Money is uncountable noun , much goes with uncountable while more fits for both
