My school Please Correct this, the Answer is B, here are the reasons

'Often' is a way of saying that something happens frequently… without specifying exactly how many times it happens. 'Mostly' or 'Most Often' would be used to say that something has occurs more than 50% of the time. “Always,” taken literally, means that something happens every time, without fail.
