That's absolutely right it means implies that action words(verbs) e.g eating,travelling e.t.c uses 'prefer to' while nouns e.g father,bag e.t.c uses 'prefer than'.

The answer to this is option A.
That is what I choose but then it was failed for me and the correction say A is the correct Option
