Expelled is the right answer to the question because it is a rule in English language that when 'it is time' , 'it is high time', it is about time' are used in a sentence, the verb that follows must be in past form e.g it is high time we left not ...we leave
It is about time we went not ... We go.

Students indeed, u guys didn't listen carefully in ur english classes during ur high school days. Wen u hear high time or it is time, the next word which follows should be a past tense. U beta learn dat TODAY..! eg. It is high time Ada went to bed.

Very correct@Seven seven. Any moment of time is past. It is true that the question is confusing but one thing u must know about English is that, it is not the “sweet” once that will be the answer.

I urge u guys to avoid being impetuous when leaving a comment.myschool is very correct as regards dis.Go and learn more if d need arises.

Simply because my phone was in autorotate mode, the system keeps cancelling all the questions I've done already without reversing the time! What could be responsible for that it really bad.
That happened after I almost finished two subjects, English and Chemistry.
