I agree with u @blaqdude, since d plane is not yet in motion, in should be used, on is used when a vehicle is in motion eg
I am on a flight,in motion
I am in d bus in d motor park, not in motion

Study the rules of preposition.
You use "ON" for a Plane, bicycle, mortocycle, bus, ship.
Although you can use "IN" for bus, but it's unacceptable for plane

You use "ON" for any movable vehicle you can walk or stand while inside. eg Plane, Train, Bus, Bicycle, Motorcycle, Ship, etc.
While you use "IN" for those ones you cannot stand nor walk while inside. eg Cars, smaller buses, etc

I fink d answer shuld b IN bcoz d plane isn't on motion yet...so we use IN wen it's stationary while we used ON wen it's on motio...E.g. I'm on campus...we bliv u're on motion weneva u're in sch...dt's frm 100 to 200level and so on...
