Don't be confused,discover is the answer. Oxygen is discovered not learnt. It was first discovered by Lavoisier . Before you learn something,you must first discover that thing. Therefore learning occurs after discovery. God knows best.
oxygen can only be discovered, cos it is something of nature. natural things are only discovered an not invented. when u say something is invented it means created, make up something artificial or untrue.
i don't think discovered is the correct answer because technologies and other things are been discovered but nature are not been discovered, the answer supposed to be it was learnt a century ago, kindly reason more about the question very well
