I suggest the answer should be D. This is because record keeping over the years has been faced with problems such as dependence on the human retentive memory, recording of untruth for truth willingly or inadvertently, etc. All these shortcomings of record keeping have been corrected by keeping records with the aid of electronics which not only shows what happened but tells when and where.
