There is a rule in English language dat states dat. When eva " It's time/It's high time" is used in a sentence. The verb that follows must be in d past tense form. Dat's y D is correct

This is certainly the best thing to keep oneself with instead of wasting mb on unnecessary things. Keep it up guys.....

D ans is very correct, its time we went, its high time u left. Whenever u want to use "time" in a sentence it should be followed by a past tense.
this is creative & interesting to update the knowledge, but i want to say that i disagree with the ans. "went" been used here

I disagree with the answer 'Went'
the question said it is time we
how come the answer Is went ?

in that English question the answer says D which I got correctly but was wronged for me

I Totally Disagree With D Ans,but I Think The Question Itself Is Not Correct
