its definitely wrong, words ending in ION are always stressed at the syllable before it according to my lexicon
Termination is a penultimate bcos of ION. Therefore, stress before the last stress ION,penultimate means second to last

There's no even sign of stress on the TION when "TERMINATION" is pronunced. Definitely, the answer is C.

Words ending in "ion" have their stress on the syllable before the "ion"..Thus, ter-mi-NA-tion..correct answer is "C"

Any word that ends with "ion" are stressed on the second syllable trom the left
