Allowance and emolument is the same..
I choose emolument cause one of its synonyms is Charge..
I think the answer is Emolument..

The answer is C. "Concession" means something that is given or allowed, often as a compromise or to gain favor. In this case, the tax rebate was given to civil servants as an incentive, or something that encourages or motivates people to do something. A "donation" is a gift given without expecting something in return, an "allowance" is a fixed amount of money that someone regularly receives, and an "emolument" is a payment or fee for professional services. 😊

Allowance is given regularly for a particular purpose.
Rebates, concessions, etc. involve selling goods and services to a group of people at a reduced price to encourage them to buy more or to appreciate their continued patronage.
The answer is C.

"Emoulment" is a fee or salary from employment to office. so how is the answer allowance
besides an "incentive" is something that motivates or drives one to do something or behave in a certain way. LOL i can't be the only one that had two answers PLEASE What the right answer anyone?

Since incentive and concession are synonymous, why wasn't it chosen as the answer in the question but allowance?
