The correct answer would be B,the idiomatic expression stone heart means she as little or no warmth feeling since she feels nothing like stone.

on a neutral ground, stone is usually always hard....now when one is having a heart of stone, it simply means that person has a hard heart but scientifically the heart is not usually hard so grammatically it is simply hard hearted
