Here is an explanation:
under d laws of concord in english language. One of the laws states that wherever each is used in a sentence it should attract a singular helping verb or a siingular principal verb. E.g each of the house _____ got a new look . this sentence should attract a singular helping/principal verb and nt plural verb. So the answer ( each of the house has got a new look) not have and not had.
