''Neither'' ''nor'' goes with a singular verb so the answer is 'attends'

In this case, "neither... nor" actually takes a singular verb when referring to two singular subjects. However, when "neither" and "nor" are used with a plural subject (like "parents"), the verb is typically plural.

In this sentence, because "neither Agbo nor his parents" is a combination of singular and plural subjects, the plural form "attend" is used to agree with the plural subject "his parents." So, the correct option is still:

B. attend.

I mean, plural verb does not have s at the back but singular has.
For example: she likes bread and tea.
the subject is singular and the verb must be also.
;They like bread and tea.
the subject is in plural form and the verb is also in plural form.
that's how it works.
That's concord;the subject and the verb must agree with each other in a sentence.
