Every body can see clearly to an extent but eagles see things from far it's an adaptation for hunting small prey.
An eagle's vision is exceptionally sharp because each eye has two foveae - areas of acute vision - as compared with the human eye which only has one. The cones in the eagle's fovea are very small and tightly grouped, allowing the eagle to see small details from extreme distances.

The question states eagle eyed. Clear sighted means having a clear vision and quick sighted means having a keen eye to notice something. The answer is D not B.

we are supposed to see it and state the meaning from the two words "eagle" + "eyed" ,together, not just from the characteristics of an eagle in the air.
