Bright simply means cheerful, cheerful means bright and pleasant...one of the synonyms of cheerful is bright( Webster dictionary ) it's 'E'

The suitable word is pleasing.-charming is mostly used for beauty or emotion.cheerful is NEVER used for PERSPECTIVE but Mood/feeling. For instance:unilag is so competitive(setback/discouragement but its academic standard(my own perspective/motive) PLEASES me .d question is sincerely simple,it's just logical though...
