The answer does not supposed to be (d),because Do you mind means(do you think it is bad) so, the answer to the question is nothing but (c):(Bola is certainly rejecting the request).

she's objecting to the request actually... what is there to reject.. she's not been offered a seat ... she's been asked if the seat could be taken which she disapproves of .. so in this context object to the request fits in quite well
