the correct answer is D not C the rule is when you have noun +adj the s is added to the noun not both of them because electronic is adjective and center is noun therefore electronic centers.

*D* Using 'one of' rule of concord, the noun must be a plural noun. However, an adjective must precede the noun to qualify it. 'Electronic' is an adjective while 'electronics' is a noun. By implication, the answer is 'electronic centres'.

Correct...
"one of" means one out of many...so it has to be centres and not centre.
And "Electronics" because the country manufactures or sells electronic appliances. Therefore, "electronics" there is a noun and not an adj.
