Damage means loss or injury to a person or property.
While,
Damages means money claimed by or ordered to be paid to a person as a compensation for loss or injury.

So, the correct answer here is DAMAGES.

what you guys don't known is that when a sentence is in singular the verb must be in singular form. so that he is in singular so it must be a singular verb damages.
