Option "C" is INCORRECT.
The "Mining Industries" doest not add more value to primary products [raw materials] THAN the "Processing Industries".
Because the value (cost) of every primary products increases after processing (manufacturing, i.e, conversion) had taken place.

Example: Between the price of "crude oil" (i.e, in its natural form) after MINING and the price of "crude oil" (i.e, in its finished product form) after PROCESSING...
Which one has more value?
Of course it's the price of "crude oil" (i.e, finished product) after PROCESSING.
This means that the "cost of processing" has ADDED MORE value to the "original cost of mining".
Thus, the CORRECT answer is option "B".
