Without processing, primary products will remain in its raw form without much value to mankind because it would remain unconsumable. raw fishes, crude, rubber, etc. cannot be consumed without processing.

The correct answer is option "D".

While the mining industry extracts raw materials (such as minerals, ores, and metals) from the earth, it doesn't inherently add value to those materials in the same way that the processing industry does. The processing industry takes raw materials and transforms them into finished or semi-finished products, thereby adding more value. So, the processing industry, option D, is the one that typically adds more value to primary products.
