The answer is not correct.
The correct answer should be C ,because the difference between demand and want is the ability to pay for it. Cause if its not backed up by the ability to pay for the commodity its going to be want or need.

So in other words the similarity between demand and want is desire to get that commodity. But when you can pay for it......thats the difference!!!!
