Labour force comprises a part of the population which is employed or available for work. The labour force is made up of all those who work for gain whether as employees, employers or as self-employed. It also includes the unemployed who are seeking for employment.
The answer should be C

The number of prople available for work should be the answer here bcos that includes age and also special people in saying of the disables. my opinion though, i think it should be "C"
but other better explanations can come in so as to learn better.thanks

in the said of 'age structure of the population ' that means everyone is liable to work, now lets say from the age range of '16-60' years old, does that included the blind, lame, dumb and crippled ? so everyone must by all means work.

People that are choosing age structure, know this very well, Age Structure (B) determines the potential size of the labour force (by showing how many people fall within the "working age" bracket, usually 15–64), but it doesn't account for those who are unable or unwilling to work. Therefore answer is C

the answer is C. The question did not ask who is willing and able, it asked who is available to work

the number of people in the country who works and also capable of working. We take the age group 15-60 years
