Yes option A is the best answer because, when there's increase in death rate, a country's population can never increase but if we were to choose emigration, emigration depopulates a country but on the other hand increases the population of another country because the emigrants must stay in a place thereby increasing the population of the place they are. Therefore I think option A is very correct

The question isnt wrong. And 'A' is the appropriate answer. When theres an emigration, the person leaves his country and goes to populate another country. But in the case of death, the person is gone forever..

There are two answers to the question. increase in death rate and emigration (people leaving a country). I agree the question is wrong.
