p=1/2(QS+15)
Since P = 9
9=1/2(QS+15)
9X2/1 = QS+15
18-15 = QS
3 = QS

.: QS = 3 final answer ans

Just substitute P for 9. And you have 9= 1/2(Qs+15). Open the bracket by using 1/2 to multiply Qs and 15. Then, collect like terms.

THE ANSWER IS INDEED 12,BECAUSE. P=1/2(Qs+15). What is quantity supplied at #9.00? Workings . #9.00=1/2(Qs+15). Open the brackets #9. 00=1Qs/2+15. #9. 00=lcm of 2 is 2=1Qs+30/2. Here we cross multiply. #9. 00*2=18. So we have. 18 =1Qs+30 ,.At this stage we collect like terms. So we have, Qs =30 - 18=12.our QUANTITY SUPPLIED (Qs) =12.0

the answer myschool selected is wrong,cuz our Quantity was given to be 9.00 but our price wasnt given ,so to get our price then we add first (Qs+15)and remember QS is given to be 9 .00 so any where u see QS u replace with 9.00 so (9+15)=24,then u multiply with the half given which is 1/2(24)= 12,plz make correction to that answer plz

The answer is 12.0!
Workings!
P=1/2(Qs+15), Qs=N9.00
it is written in the question that quantity supplied(Qs) is N9.00.
Which means N9.00 is substitute for (Qs).
=1/2(9+15)
=24/2
=12.0

That's the answer.
